This is a royal palm beach gem. Recently opened and run by three friends. Mom's work as server . They started in middle of COVID and survived!!! I spoke with Lee, one of the owners. Quality of food is outstanding and delicious. I had flat bread with eggs and pomegranate lemonade. The bill was under $20. Looking at the menu and other people's food I am impressed by how consistent they are. Located close to the firehouse and PBSO in Veteran's Park I wish them the best

Lex is the hardest working best best server in the county. The breakfast is one of the best on earth..... (traveled to 73 countries). It's that good. It's worth the wait. Just go.

This place is AMAZING! I don't know why I never heard of it sooner! Highly recommend getting there early because after 10 it gets packed and there's a wait since they have limited seating. I'm so glad I waited even if I was super hungry. Total worth the wait though! The biscuit breakfast sandwiches are top tier. You can tell the biscuits are made with love. Fluffy and buttery it's just SO good. The home fry potatoes are seasoned perfectly. Pair your breakfast with their cucumber lemonade for a perfect meal. Super refreshing with the right amount of sweetness. Service was great even with it being super busy and the ambiance is so dainty and cute. Would definitely recommend and eat here again!

It's a nice outdoor space with patio umbrellas to protect you from the sun. I recommend not coming on an extremely hot summer day, or you'll sweat throughout the entire meal. The food was delicious, tastes very authentic, and the ingredients are fresh. The coffee can be hit or miss, I suggest the whipped espresso. The service is very quick, and will get your food in and out within minutes.

This is such a cute spot. Located in a park with a European flair, this is a true hidden gem. When we arrived we were able to seat ourselves at any of their cute tables. I ordered a hot pumpkin pie coffee and it was absolutely delicious! I didn't need to add anything, just perfect. It also came with a cute cat design (not a fan of cats, but it was super cute that they were able to make that design). I ordered the French toast which came with eggs, potatoes and sausage. All very delicious. The prices were very reasonable as well. I would return here in a heartbeat. Love this cute European park cafe!

First and foremost, Seed Cafe has a lovely location, with plenty of outdoor seating, situated in the middle of a small park. Parking was easy and free along a side street of the park. Although they were busy during Friday lunch service, we were greeted and seated quickly. The waitstaff were friendly too. The Seeds menu has plenty of breakfast/brunch/lunch options, including a number of custom biscuit sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Between us, we ordered a cold brew, a cucumber lemonade (highly recommend), a breakfast croissant sandwich, and a vegetarian Benedict (sautéed spinach and mushrooms). Overall, the drinks were great, but the food was a little on the bland side. We enjoyed our entrees, but both felt they were slightly lacking. I did particularly enjoy their seasoned potatoes which came as my side dish.

We stopped in to grab a quick breakfast after our visit in this quaint park. It's so nice to have Seeds Cafe in the park. Plenty of tables/seating & dog friendly too. They also recently added a Ice cream stop here too. The food was fresh & delicious. Especially the bacon on my sandwich it was cooked perfectly. The side of seasoned potatoes went nicely with our breakfast. The staff is super friendly & helpful with suggestions. We definitely will recommend & will be returning to try other menu items.

Situated in Veterans Park in Royal Palm, this park-side breakfast spot is a total gem! The best way to describe the ambiance is reminiscent of homey outdoorsy feel. Seating here is primarily outdoor. I believe there is only one or two tables inside the restaurant. I recommend the french toast and their iced coffees! Their breakfast potatoes also deserve an honorable mention. The ONLY negative was the flies! It's kinda annoying to have to swat flies away as you eat, maybe having some outdoor fans would help with that. The staff is super friendly and attentive. This place has certainly earned a spot in my breakfast rotation
